Join Englewood Camera for this stunning workshop full of photographic opportunities in southern Colorado! We will be based out of Alamosa, with workshops at the Great Sand Dunes National Park, Monte Vista National Wildlife Refuge, and various small towns in southern Colorado. Professional photographers Glenn Randall and Dan Ballard will offer instruction for making high-quality, dynamic landscape and scenic images. You will have the opportunity to shoot sunrises, sunsets, night photography and the Milky Way, and small town photography—the possibilities are endless for capturing amazing images and learning more about photography.
Sony and Tamron USA will be joining us on this photographic adventure, providing expertise on digital photography, cameras, and lenses—and will have gear available for your use during workshops!
This workshop is limited to 12 attendees and will fill up fast! Englewood Camera will provide two meals, and instruction from two professional landscape photographers; attendees will be responsible for other meals, transportation and lodging.
Workshops include: sunrise and sunset landscape photography at the Great Sand Dunes; night photography and photographing the Milky Way at the Monte Vista National Wildlife Refuge; and travel photography in Southern Colorado’s small towns.

In addition, Glenn has already published two photography books, with two more set for publication in 2015.

A 17 year veteran of the photo industry, our Rocky Mountain Sony Photo Specialist Marc Morris started in 1997 as a custom and machine print technician for a local photofinishing lab. A professed tech nerd and Colorado native, he has photographed a little of everything from concerts at the Aggie in Fort Collins to the Winter X Games in Aspen, to a combined 15 years of wedding, portrait and product work. A road trip fanatic with two teenagers, he and his kiddos tend to spend their summers exploring the deserts of the Four Corners area and Moab, Utah. Jillian Bell is a member of Tamron’s Technical Team. Tastefully merging form and artistic flare, her emphasis always lies in the subtle details. Through product training and consumer workshops, her role with Tamron is to travel the country educating customers and sales associates on choosing the right equipment. She highly encourages creativity and thinking outside the norms for the most dramatic results. Photography is a useful tool, and her goal is to inspire others and to build on photographic skills creating better, more consistent results.
